"President Whitford" is a nod to actor Bradley Whitford, who is famous for the role of Josh Lyman on the West Wing. I first drew the President for Flight of the Virginia Dare, and somehow managed to incorporate some phyical traights from Mr. Whitford. If President Whitford shows up again (there are no plans), he will look more like his namesake.
